Metal Aids manufactures Degassers for all alloy types. It is manufactured in 50gm and 500gm tablets. It can be used in Foundry,Die Casting Units, Extrusion etc. Metal Aids manufactures three types of degassing tablets at present which are based on three different techniques (Strong Degassing, Degassing and Degassing cum grain refining). Customised solutions like these ensure that our customers achieve the best degassing for their castings.

Metal Aids manufactures Grain Refiners based on Titanium & Boron. It can be used in all aluminum alloys and low silicon alloys.  These tablets are available in 50gm and 500gm for treatment of any size of melt. Cutomisation of tablets can be undertaken whereby the titanium and boron ratio is adjusted as per the customer’s requirements.
